Senior Administrator - Residential Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Senior Administrator for its residential aged care home in Carindale. The role is an indispensable helper to the residential aged care manager, keeping the home running smoothly. It suits someone who is a people person and problem solver with a high attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain an accurate roster
• Handle reception duties and greet visitors to the home
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to internal and external customers
• Manage the enquiries pipeline proactively to convert enquiries into sales
• Lend a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Guide and mentor the Administration Officer
• Maintain all record management systems
• Support the residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

Required profile

• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
• Previous experience in aged care (ideally)
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally)
• Ability to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Solid computer and data skills
• Rostering (ideally)
