Security Partner for Oceania

About the role

The Security Partner for Oceania will develop and lead advanced information security solutions across the region, aligning security initiatives with strategic business goals. This senior position oversees the design, deployment, and monitoring of enterprise security controls and responds to real‑time threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead security engineering, architecture, forensics, threat analysis, threat hunting and penetration testing initiatives.
• Manage development, deployment and execution of enterprise security controls and defenses.
• Monitor system vulnerabilities, execute containment and mitigation processes, and maintain critical documentation.
• Provide risk assessments, incident resolution and guidance to business decision‑makers.
• Approve enterprise‑level projects and contribute to short‑term architectural roadmaps.
• Direct cyber‑security research, partner with internal and external experts, and organize high‑profile hacking simulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5‑6 years in a managerial security role.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI‑QSA, CRISC, CGEIT, CFCE, CCTA or CCE.
• Prior experience in the payments, technology or global payments industry is a plus.
