Security Manager - Bankwest Place

About the role

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead security operations at Bankwest Place in the Perth CBD. This is a full-time permanent position on a Monday to Friday roster from 7:00am to 4:00pm, based at the site. The manager oversees day-to-day site operations, leads a team of security professionals, maintains strong client relationships and ensures high standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite security team
• Ensure contractual and operational requirements are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and day-to-day site operations
• Conduct investigations and incident management as required
• Monitor compliance with site procedures, policies and legislative requirements
• Deliver coaching, training and performance management to team members
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Security Supervisor, Security Manager or similar leadership role
• Current WA Security Licence (Master Security Licence 41299)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Experience managing client relationships in a corporate environment
• Strong leadership, people management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work autonomously and lead by example
