Secondary Teacher - Industrial Technology Skills / VET Automotive

About the role

Mount Morgan State High School is looking for a teacher with skills in Design and Technologies (Materials and Technologies Specialisations), Industrial Technology Skills and/or VET Automotive. The role is permanent and offers the chance to help students develop industry-relevant skills through practical learning programmes, including automotive vocational preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Design and Technologies (Materials and Technologies Specialisations), Industrial Technology Skills and/or VET Automotive
• Contribute to practical learning programmes, including automotive vocational preparation
• Help students discover their future career pathways and develop valuable, industry-relevant skills

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or a valid visa
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work that supports every student's success
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply, including practicum reports, mentor statements and an unofficial transcript
