School Partnership Manager (QLD)

About the role

The Resilience Project is seeking an enthusiastic educator to lead and grow its School Wellbeing Program across Queensland. You will build lasting partnerships with schools, support program implementation, and deliver workshops that embed mental‑health and wellbeing practices into everyday school culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, providing ongoing support for successful program delivery.
• Manage onboarding of new schools and retention processes for existing schools year‑to‑year.
• Book, deliver and facilitate face‑to‑face and online workshops for teachers and school leaders.
• Maintain detailed records of each school's progress, engagement and experience.

Required profile

• Degree in teaching with at least three years of classroom experience.
• Passion for mental health and wellbeing, with a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Ability to travel regularly to regional and interstate locations.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for educator audiences.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Understanding of Australian and Queensland curriculum frameworks.
