SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator to own and optimise a mature SuccessFactors environment in Brisbane. The role is hands‑on, focusing on ensuring the platform runs smoothly and continuously improves to meet HR, payroll and IT needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting modules.
• Design and maintain business rules, workflows, MDF objects, role‑based permissions and data models.
• Plan, execute and test bi‑annual releases, upgrades and regression testing.
• Monitor system health, performance and data integrity; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Act as the technical escalation point and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and SAP Support.
• Document configurations and enforce system governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands‑on experience administering Employee Central and supporting Recruiting.
• Proven involvement in full implementations or major upgrades.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the platform.
