SAP S/4HANA SD & Customer Service Lead – Brisbane

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to design, implement and support integrated SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) solutions for clients in Brisbane. The role blends deep Order‑to‑Cash expertise with service management, covering everything from service notifications to warranty, returns and billing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD and CS modules to meet business requirements.
• Lead implementation, rollout and post‑go‑live support activities.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance and customer experience teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
• Provide guidance on service order creation, repairs, warranty handling and billing integration.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA SD and CS projects.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash and service management processes.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex implementation timelines.
