SAP Payroll & Time Consultant – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Consultant to join Infosys in Sydney. The consultant will design, implement and support SAP solutions for payroll processing, time management, attendance and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate payroll operations and seamless integration with HR and finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations, roll‑outs and enhancements for SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure payroll schemas, time evaluation rules, attendance and absence tracking to meet regulatory and client needs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and optimisation of payroll and time management processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions and maintain documentation of configurations and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP Payroll and SAP Time Management projects.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, attendance and statutory reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with integration of SAP Payroll/Time with core HR and finance modules.
