SAP Finance Lead Solution Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior SAP Finance Lead Solution Architect to drive the finance stream architecture and functional governance for a brownfield conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role ensures financial integrity, statutory compliance, and seamless business continuity throughout the conversion lifecycle while enabling controlled adoption of new S/4HANA Finance capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the SAP S/4HANA Finance solution architecture for the brownfield conversion program.
• Define and manage the finance conversion scope, ensuring minimal disruption and audit‑compliant delivery.
• Collaborate closely with program leadership, finance stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to drive a low‑risk transition.
• Ensure statutory compliance, financial data integrity, and continuity of business operations throughout the migration.
• Provide governance, guidance, and oversight for finance functional design, testing, and cut‑over activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering SAP finance solutions, preferably in large‑scale ECC to S/4HANA brownfield conversions.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and governance skills to ensure audit‑ready outcomes.
