SAP EWM Consultant (Contract) - Melbourne

About the role

Hastha Solutions has an urgent need for an SAP EWM consultant on a 6-month contract in Melbourne, open to Australian and New Zealand citizens and PR holders only. The role provides L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules and covers incident resolution, process support and user assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues within agreed SLAs
• Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse and inventory management processes
• Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework and background jobs
• Coordinate with MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS and ABAP teams and perform root cause analysis
• Support enhancements, configuration changes and minor developments, and prepare functional documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles
• Assist with unit, integration and UAT testing and transport management
• Support warehouse users, provide training and handle queries
• Take part in cutover, go-live and hypercare support as required

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM support (embedded or decentralised)
• Good understanding of warehouse structure and master data, inbound/outbound and internal warehouse processes, and physical inventory and cycle counting
• Preferred: SAP EWM certification, S/4HANA EWM experience, exposure to warehouse automation or third-party integrations, and 24x7 support experience

Required skills

• RF framework, handling units, wave and manifest management (if applicable)
• Integration knowledge with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP)
• Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers
• Familiarity with /SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2 and SLG1
• Good communication and documentation skills
