About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Sales Team Lead to manage and develop a high‑performing telesales team that handles inbound property investment leads. You will coach Property Education Consultants, ensure quality compliance and drive conversion rates in a fast‑growing, data‑driven business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a telesales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor call quality, compliance, and performance metrics
- Analyse data and reporting to optimise team output and conversion rates
- Drive KPI performance including bookings, conversions, and ROI
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximise lead quality and outcomes
- Manage performance, coaching, and behavioural expectations
- Onboard and train new team members
- Foster a high‑performance, positive, and accountable team culture
Required profile
- Proven experience leading a telesales or call‑centre sales team
- Strong track record of driving team performance and hitting targets
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve results
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Aircall or similar)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptable mindset
- Experience in property, finance, or financial services is highly regarded

- Aircall (or similar telephony platform)
What we offer
- Salary $80,000–$90,000 + Super
- Uncapped commission (OTE $140K–$160K)
