Sales Support - Adelaide Airport

About the role

Bunzl is hiring a full-time Sales Support person for its Adelaide Airport site. The role provides sales and technical support to the Sales Manager and Account Managers, using Microsoft Office skills to give administrative support to major accounts. It is presented as a way to gain exposure to dynamic sales processes and start a sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and quotations on behalf of Account Managers and the Sales Manager.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers and the Sales Manager for their customers.
• Maintain customer catalogues, the CRM system, online store back-of-house, price files and business analytics data.
• Coordinate samples, assist with new product requests and product reclassification, and help with inventory forecast input.
• Coordinate internal and external business functions such as conferences and seminars.

Required profile

• Previous customer service and administration experience.
• Strong admin, organisational and communication skills.
• Customer service and sales orientation, ability to work with pace and accuracy, and effective communication.
• Hands-on approach, excellent time management, flexibility and ability to work autonomously and prioritise.
• Knowledge of System 21 is desirable.

Required skills

• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• CRM maintenance and reporting.
