Sales Representative – Queensland

About the role

DrMachine Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Representative based in Queensland to join its growing team. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing new business opportunities and building long‑term relationships with customers in the machinery and industrial equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
• Understand customers’ operational and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
• Visit existing and prospective customers regularly.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, demonstrations and business meetings.
• Collaborate with Technical, Customer Service and Administration teams.
• Monitor market trends and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company CRM.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in machinery or industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage high‑value sales independently.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Willingness to travel as required and a valid driver’s licence.
• Confidence in understanding and presenting technical products and solutions.
• Excellent command of English; Italian language skills are highly regarded.
