Sales Representative

About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to build relationships and drive growth across the Perth metropolitan region. You will manage an existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial outcomes.
• Manage customer pricing and account performance.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Monitor market activity and project opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Achieve sales and margin objectives.

Required profile

• Motivated, customer‑focused and eager to succeed.
• Experience in sales, customer service, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Concrete sales experience (highly regarded).
