Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian fitness brand as a Sales Representative / Business Development Representative. You will own your pipeline, combine outbound prospecting with relationship building, and help scale the business through high‑energy sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of B2B leads through phone prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Utilise HubSpot and NetSuite CRM tools to track activities and progress.
• Achieve KPIs related to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings.
• Deliver end‑to‑end exceptional customer experiences and grow the existing client base.
• Participate in a two‑week onboarding and training program on the Gold Coast.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of cold phone prospecting and pipeline development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to the Gold Coast for onboarding.
