Sales Manager - North West

About the role

Lifestyle Communities provides affordable, inclusive and vibrant independent living communities across Victoria. It is looking for an experienced, people-focused Sales Manager to lead its North West Region. You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and help achieve growth targets while building the company's reputation as a premier provider of community living.

Key responsibilities

• Sell actively across one or more communities as needed and drive sales across multiple communities to support portfolio growth.
• Lead and coach Lifestyle Consultants to maximise conversions and deliver great customer experiences.
• Give strategic guidance on pricing, offers and negotiations.
• Oversee sales performance, forecasts and pipeline insights to spot opportunities.
• Work with the Area Sales Manager on stock, pricing and resourcing decisions.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, events and digital activity with sales goals.
• Deliver local sales initiatives, promotions and product offers, and share regular updates on wins, challenges and improvements.
• Lead regional huddles, manage customer expectations and feedback, and champion the community reputation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in a sales management role, ideally in property, retirement living or community development.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or administration.
• Australian work rights are required.
• Basic understanding of building and construction processes.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Understanding of the sales process, prospecting, lead generation, CRM and sales reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential.
