Sales Manager – Corporate Travel Solutions

About the role

CTM is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across the ANZ region. You will identify new business opportunities, craft targeted sales strategies, and win new clients while collaborating with Client Managers and Operations heads to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the ANZ market.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, converting prospects into long‑term clients.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Operations to support client retention and onboarding.
• Lead tender processes, prepare proposals, and respond to Requests for Tender.
• Provide market insights and client feedback to shape CTM’s product and service offering.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven ability to create and execute consultative selling strategies.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
