Sales Manager, ANZ Large Enterprise

About the role

OpenAI's Go To Market team helps customers learn how to use and deploy its AI products. The Sales team's mission is to show customers the impact of highly capable AI models on their business, and this leadership role drives and implements the sales strategy for the large enterprise segment, recruits and leads a sales team and achieves successful customer deployments. The role is based in Sydney, Australia, with a hybrid model of three days in the office per week and relocation assistance for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of sellers.
• Partner with solutions to build and run complex customer programs and projects.
• Manage consumption revenue forecasts.
• Monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, partners) to feed the product roadmap and corporate strategy.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates and support company culture.
• Own executive relationships, customer acquisition and account management.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
• Sales experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company.
• Familiarity with the Financial Services industry in ANZ.
• Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies and leading high-visibility customer events such as CABs, conferences and product launches.
• Customer-centric, curious about AI, and able to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, developer relations, operations and GTM teams.
