National Account Manager - Distributor Partner Manager

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a National Account Manager - Distributor Partner Manager in Sydney. The role develops annual business plans and partners with Distribution Partners to bring Red Bull priorities to life, driving key initiatives, tracking performance against KPIs and ensuring strong execution across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution Partners to deliver Red Bull strategies, priorities and key initiatives, and drive consistent execution of merchandising standards across channels
• Implement systems to track and benchmark Distribution Partners against key initiatives and goals, and develop Sales Books and training materials for Sales Reps
• Lead regular communication on Key Account programs so upcoming, ongoing and short-notice initiatives are executed effectively
• Develop annual business plans covering distribution, volume, execution, investment and key KPIs, and implement monthly scorecards tracking performance against targets, including distribution and sales forecasts by channel
• Partner with Distribution Partner senior management on priorities and opportunities, manage POS planning and allocation, and build the organisational structure needed to deliver the business plan
• Maintain knowledge of Red Bull systems and tools, use out-of-stock analysis to improve merchandising execution, and ensure accurate, timely data is provided
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the Distribution Partner organisation and maintain clear accountability for key tasks and programs

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales, distributor management, key account management or route-to-market leadership roles
• 3+ years' experience leading, managing and motivating Distribution Partners
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
• Strong communicator, negotiator and influencer with excellent presentation and training skills
• Highly numerate and analytical, able to turn insights into action
