Sales Executive – New Car (Luxury Automotive)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join the New Vehicle Sales team at Mercedes‑Benz Sydney. In this role you will represent one of the world’s most prestigious luxury automotive brands, building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional buying experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets for new‑car sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz vehicles.
• Establish new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Provide high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with a tight‑knit sales team to meet dealership goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Goal‑focused attitude with a strong drive for success.
• Enthusiastic, confident and able to work well within a team.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence.
