Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

TeamViewer, a provider of a digital workplace platform, is looking for high-energy, resilient and strategic Sales Development Representatives to grow its teams. The main goal is to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives through outbound prospecting across email, phone and social channels, turning cold interest into warm opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research high-fit accounts and key decision-makers in the target market
• Run daily outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emailing and LinkedIn networking
• Hold initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and check if the solution fits
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM so no lead is lost
• Work with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting
• Keep learning about the product, industry trends and competition

Required profile

• Experience in a customer-facing role; no previous sales experience is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient, proactive and confident across phone, email and LinkedIn
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• A university or college degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required
