Sales Development Representative (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Employment Hero is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join its ANZ sales team, working under the guidance of a Sales Development Manager. The role focuses on qualifying and converting inbound leads and generating qualified opportunities, and must be based in Australia. The advertised pay is $75k base with $132,000 OTE uncapped.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and qualify inbound leads against ideal customer profiles and book quality meetings for the sales team
• Generate a set number of qualified opportunities each month
• Respond to inbound leads quickly to maximise conversion
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of lead interactions and progress
• Contact prospects via inbound inquiries, run discovery calls and route promising opportunities to Account Executives
• Research accounts, identify key decision-makers and build the prospect database for the assigned segment
• Help deliver online demos to prospects

Required profile

• Proven experience in high-volume inbound B2B sales
• Track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Comfortable spending significant time on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication
• Strong listening and presentation skills, able to multi-task and manage time well

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach
• CRM data management
