Sales Development Representative – Phone Based (Inside/Outbound Sales/Lead Gen)

About the role

Join Viatek’s Inside Sales team as a Sales Development Representative. You will focus on outbound calling, lead generation and appointment setting to create new business opportunities and support the wider sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and warm leads.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Support the sales team through ongoing phone‑based engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound calling, call centre, or phone‑based sales.
• Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (highly regarded).
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers.
• Resilient and motivated in a target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong phone presence, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and interest in professional development.
• Ability to explain technical products and services in simple terms.
• Desire to be part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services or cloud technologies is advantageous.
