Sales Development Representative

About the role

Termina is looking for a charismatic Sales Development Representative to join its growth marketing team. You will work with inbound business owners who upload energy bills, qualify them, and turn as many as possible into clients. No prior energy knowledge is required – just strong people skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the growth marketing manager and co‑founder to qualify and pursue inbound leads via phone and email.
• Continuously improve execution and qualify leads against agreed criteria.
• Set up a monthly target of demos with highly relevant leads that match the ideal customer profile.
• Document learnings and share them with the broader team to refine strategy.
• Help optimise the sales playbook and drive processes for team growth.
• Generate and leverage CRM data to inform prospecting and personalise approaches.
• Partner with growth marketers and engineers to design and run new experiments.
• Identify the biggest pain points for leads and ensure they have a clear need before selling.
• Achieve monthly quotas for sourced qualified opportunities.
