Sales Development Representative

About the role

Kasada is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify pipeline for its enterprise go‑to‑market motion. You will engage senior and technical buyers, respond swiftly to inbound interest, and book high‑quality meetings that feed real sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect into target accounts using cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn outreach, and coordinated campaign follow‑up.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with prospects that match Kasada’s ideal customer profile.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads, event follow‑ups, and high‑intent website activity.
• Communicate clearly with senior and technical buyers across fraud, security, risk, trust & safety, eCommerce, digital, and IT teams.
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring accurate notes, lead status, activity history, and next steps.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion from lead to meeting.
• Work within defined SLAs for inbound response, event follow‑up, and campaign‑sourced engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High energy, strong discipline, and confidence when prospecting to executive and technical audiences.
• Comfortable with cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn outreach, and fast follow‑up.
• Ability to meet tight SLAs and focus on qualified meetings rather than call volume.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (maintaining notes, lead status, activity history, and next steps).
