Sales Coordinator – Legal Technology

About the role

TransPerfect Legal is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its Sydney office. In this junior account‑manager position you will generate new sales opportunities and support existing clients by promoting legal‑technology solutions to law firms and ASX‑listed companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and initiate new client relationships through internet research, networking, referrals, events and personal outreach.
• Contact prospective clients via cold calls, emails and social‑media messages.
• Work with Sales Management to qualify, develop and close sales opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support for existing accounts in collaboration with the Delivery Team.
• Promote and educate clients about TransPerfect Legal services and negotiate rates and deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
• Innovate and problem‑solve to improve outreach strategy and service offering.
• Deliver CLE sessions and thought‑leadership content to educate clients.
• Take on special projects or duties as required.

Required profile

• Proactive, entrepreneurial self‑starter who enjoys building relationships.
• Comfortable with cold calling, emailing and networking.
• Interest in technology, AI and the legal industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Based in Sydney CBD – on‑site work only.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create effective client relations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and time‑management abilities.
