Sales Consultant – Service Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Service Repairs Sales Team in Melbourne, VIC. In this role you will drive sales growth across our Service Repairs business within the Melbourne CBD, managing existing customer relationships while proactively developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Lift industry experience is desirable but not essential.
• Technical sales experience essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all levels.
• Proactive sales approach and customer focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong reporting skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and identify business growth opportunities.
