Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Preston showroom team. In this position you will combine product expertise with outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences and drive sales of our luxury furniture range.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Nick Scali brand.
• Use product knowledge and selling techniques to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Complete sales order paperwork and internal documentation accurately for timely processing.
• Maximise sales through room‑solution selling, add‑on items and effective upselling.
• Work with the Showroom Manager to maintain visual merchandising standards and pricing accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value items (e.g., jewellery, cars, luxury goods).
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to receive feedback and a growth‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
