About the role
As a Sales Consultant with Plush in Bendigo, you will use product knowledge and relationship‑building skills to help customers discover comfort, quality and style while maximizing your own earning potential. Your performance directly influences your commission and career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a customer experience that positions Plush as the first choice for sofas.
- Apply expert sales techniques to achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Process sales orders quickly and accurately to keep deals moving forward.
- Promote room solutions and add‑on sales to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager on visual merchandising and pricing to enhance showroom performance.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories such as cars, jewellery, luxury goods or travel.
- Energetic and positive attitude, especially during peak periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to build trust with customers and colleagues.
- Openness to feedback and a passion for continuous growth.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to keep sales flowing.
