About the role

Join a fast‑growing real estate agency in Brisbane’s Inner‑North as a Sales Associate. You will work side‑by‑side with an award‑winning Director, supporting client communication, presentations and relationship building with affluent buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director with daily client interactions, property presentations and sales activities.
• Manage outbound prospecting, cold calling and follow‑up to generate new leads.
• Support stock level monitoring and maintain accurate property listings.
• Build and nurture relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations that reflect the premium brand.

Required profile

• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Outstanding presentation and attention‑to‑detail.
• High energy, emotionally intelligent and resilient under pressure.
• Genuine passion for a long‑term career in real estate.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• REA Certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting.

What we offer

• Base salary of $60,000 AUD plus super from day one (no commission‑only).
• On‑target earnings $100,000 AUD+ with performance‑based bonuses after probation.
