Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to join Sekisui House’s sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and the public, coordinating appointments, maintaining our CRM system and supporting lead generation while upholding our premium brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customer and public enquiries, delivering high‑quality service.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments and display‑home inspections.
• Keep the CRM database accurate, up‑to‑date and complete.
• Assist the sales team with prospecting activities and lead qualification.
• Provide administrative support for sales processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service, ideally within real estate, property or premium retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to representing the company’s philosophy and exceeding client expectations.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software and maintaining detailed records.
