Sales Appointment Setter – Business Development Rep

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join a leading Australian signage and visual communications company in Seven Hills. The role focuses on outbound sales, building relationships with decision‑makers across multiple sectors, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and identify potential clients across education, government, commercial and community sectors.
• Book appointments and create sales opportunities for the internal sales team.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with leadership to support sales growth initiatives and contribute ideas for market expansion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation or business development.
• Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Resilient, self‑motivated and target‑driven with strong organisational attention to detail.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Genuine desire to build a long‑term career in sales and business development.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly regarded.

What we offer

• Salary range $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus superannuation and commission.
• Full‑time permanent position with Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm schedule (part‑time considered for the right candidate).
