Sales and Mapping Representative – Affera

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales and Mapping Representative to support the launch and adoption of the Affera electrophysiology mapping and navigation system in Melbourne. You will work within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business, providing clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical training on the Affera system and all CAS products to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff.
• Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and support related procedures.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives for both capital and consumable CAS products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to generate incremental business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training & Education, Business Development, and the Regional Business Director to identify and close sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer training sessions for mapping and other cardiac ablation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in electrophysiology 3D mapping and navigation sales.
• Strong understanding of the sales process for capital equipment and consumables.
• Degree qualifications and a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel interstate as required.
