S and S Banking Consultant – Helensvale

About the role

Join Suncorp Bank in Helensvale as an S and S Banking Consultant, delivering exceptional face‑to‑face and phone service for everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding. You will help customers transition to digital banking while maintaining high standards of service, risk and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Answer everyday banking enquiries and guide account openings via telephone, online channels and in‑person.
• Educate and support customers on using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
