About the role

Join Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, a vibrant coastal resort and convention venue, as a Room Attendant. You will help create a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.
• Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• A friendly, guest‑focused approach aligned with the Heartist philosophy.
• Physical fitness and enjoyment of an active, hands‑on role.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
