About the role
Join the Novotel & Ibis housekeeping team in Sydney Olympic Park, delivering immaculate guest rooms and memorable experiences in a vibrant, multi‑brand precinct.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to Accor’s hotel standards.
- Report maintenance, repair needs and missing items promptly.
- Maintain tidy, stocked store rooms and trolleys.
- Perform deep‑cleaning duties as required.
- Handle lost‑property procedures and manage amenities, chemicals and equipment according to WHS standards.
- Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including public holidays.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous hotel house‑attendant experience is preferred.
- Full working rights in Australia.
