About the role
The RF Analyst and Operator will use technical expertise to collect, analyze, and interpret complex radio frequency data, providing actionable intelligence to support national security decisions. This position works under time‑critical conditions and collaborates with analysts, operators, and requirements managers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for digital RF detection, conditioning, and analysis.
- Collect, process, and fuse data from multiple sources to validate information and extract new insights.
- Provide time‑critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure.
- Collaborate with national and tactical operations to advance development efforts and support strategic requirements.
Required profile
- Experience with digital RF detection and conditioning.
- Knowledge of RF operations activities.
- Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- HS diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, or National Security is a plus.
