RF Analyst and Operator

About the role

The RF Analyst and Operator will support national security efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex RF data to provide actionable intelligence for government decision‑makers. This position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under time‑critical conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for digital RF detection, conditioning, and analysis.
• Collect and combine data from multiple sources to validate information and extract new insights.
• Provide time‑critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure.
• Collaborate with requirements managers, operators, analysts, and tactical operations teams on new analytic methods and technologies.

Required profile

• Experience with digital RF detection and conditioning.
• Knowledge of RF operations activities.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
• HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).
