Retail Team Leader - Repco Narre Warren

About the role

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific and a leading brand in the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket parts market, is hiring a full-time Retail Team Leader at its Narre Warren store. The role leads the team in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences, showcases merchandising and presentation skills, and shares that knowledge with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays
• Manage planograms and maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
• Create appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for customers
• Share merchandising and presentation knowledge with the team

Required profile

• Prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
• Emerging or established leadership abilities and ambition
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with the manager
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to help with deliveries from time to time
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
• Ability to lift, bend and climb
• Openness to applicants without industry experience
