Retail Consultant - Bathroom Showroom

About the role

Reece is hiring a Retail Consultant for its Narre Warren showroom. Showroom Sales Consultants support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they plan their bathroom renovations. The company describes itself as Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies, with over 10,000 people in more than 900 branches worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing the right bathroom products
• Create and manage customer quotes and orders by email and phone
• Use the 3D Planner to visualise a customer's dream bathroom
• Visit customers on site to give updates and maintain good relationships
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely

Required profile

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience and enjoyment of building relationships
• Not necessarily experienced in bathrooms, but energetic, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable with computers and ready to learn new systems
• Open to various shifts, including weekends
• Interested in career development locally, within the network or at head office
