Retail Sales Representative

About the role

Elders is looking for a Retail Sales Rep to join its team in Merredin on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines expert product knowledge and customer service skills to build strong client relationships and recommend products and services that help clients grow their business. The company supports staff growth through the Elders network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and recommend products and services that strengthen their business.
• Serve proactively to source new business opportunities and meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of retail products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Assist with storage, handling and receiving of stock in line with safety standards.

Required profile

• Comfortable and thriving in a collaborative working environment.
• Passionate about making a real difference for clients and the community.
• Proven track record in sales, including retail skills.
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and build relationships with current and future clients.
• Driver's licence; a forklift licence is preferred but can be supported.
