Retail Sales Assistant – South Wharf

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the Skechers store at South Wharf. The successful candidate will help deliver an exceptional customer experience, support the management team, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture and footwear trends.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, energetic team environment.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Full availability for late‑night trade, weekends and Monday‑Wednesday day shifts.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or similar customer‑facing role.
