Retail Sales Assistant (Full Time)

About the role

Join ResMed’s retail team in Monee Ponds to provide exceptional customer service and support for medical therapy equipment. You will assist customers in‑store and over the phone, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in store and by phone, troubleshooting therapy issues.
• Fit customers for masks, recommend appropriate products, and provide set‑up and ongoing support.
• Sell new or additional services, follow up on trials and testing results to drive conversions.
• Maintain retail premises, displays, and manage stock levels, re‑ordering as needed.
• Process payments, balance float, and handle banking duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a drive to achieve the best outcomes.
• Reliable, honest, and strong work ethic.
