About the role
Join the Smokemart & Gift Box team in Dalyellup as a Sales Assistant, delivering a fun and authentic shopping experience for every customer. You will work in a busy, sales‑driven environment while supporting the store’s overall performance and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high levels of customer service and build strong rapport with shoppers.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all business pillars.
- Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and visual presentation.
- Work towards budgets, sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist with stock control, quality management and inventory tasks.
- Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines.
Required profile
- Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Friendly, energetic personality with a customer‑first mindset.
- Willingness to undergo a valid Police Check if successful.
