Retail Pricing Specialist

About the role

Join the Market & Partner Development team at Toyota Finance Australia as a Retail Pricing Specialist. You will own key pricing and dealer remuneration activities, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of retail and wholesale pricing strategies, including rate‑card management and price optimisation.
• Analyse portfolio, pricing and profitability data to identify trends and inform P&L performance.
• Partner with Risk and Data Science teams on customer analytics, behavioural models and pricing overlays.
• Own dealer remuneration and commission processes, governing the Dealer Commission System and plan lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve complex pricing and commission queries, acting as an escalation point.
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve pricing and commission processes.

Required profile

• Commercially curious with strong analytical abilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working within a close‑knit team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proven expertise in SQL and Databricks.
• Advanced Power BI capability.
• Strong Excel skills for commercial and financial analysis.
