About the role

Aussie, part of Lendi Group, is hiring retail mortgage brokers for several stores in Hobart. Working mainly from an Aussie retail store, you will manage enquiries, assist leads and guide customers through the home loan process. The company says it provides technology, training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries
• Assist leads provided to you by Aussie
• Build your pipeline and referral networks by connecting with your community
• Provide lending advice to customers
• Guide customers through the home loan application process

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking; if you do not have it, instruction on how to obtain it is provided
• Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided
• A background in sales or customer service helps
• A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business
• An ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
