Retail Media Sales Lead

About the role

Kmart Australia is looking for a Retail Media Sales Lead to join its team in Chadstone. The role plays a key part in driving commercial growth, shaping the proposition and building long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver a retail media revenue target across an assigned patch.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline with appropriate coverage ratios.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals with suppliers, agencies and brand partners.
• Manage client relationships and grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Sell integrated retail media solutions across onsite, offsite, in-store, CRM and performance marketing channels.
• Work with internal teams so campaigns run smoothly from briefing through to post-campaign review.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to shape products, pricing and future opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in retail media, digital media or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling full-funnel media solutions across multiple channels.
• Ability to turn client objectives into compelling retail media proposals and commercial solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to build trusted relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders.
