Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

Salomon is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to bring the brand to life across all retail touchpoints in Australia and New Zealand. The role will plan, coordinate and execute retail marketing activities such as new store openings, in‑store campaigns and community activations, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement retail marketing initiatives across all AUNZ stores.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and activations for new store openings.
• Maintain retail distribution lists, artwork, shopping centre contacts and supplier databases.
• Manage the retail marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Produce monthly POP packs and ensure stores have up‑to‑date campaign assets.
• Lead retail activations that engage local communities and reflect Salomon’s brand pillars.
• Support the in‑store S/Plus strategy to enhance consumer loyalty.
• Drive innovation in the retail experience to differentiate Salomon stores.
• Oversee the retail marketing budget and allocate funds to maximise ROI.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports and analyse performance.

Required profile

• Proactive, commercially minded retail marketing professional with proven retail experience.
• Ability to develop and execute long‑term marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, kind approach.
