About the role
Plush is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join its Alexandria showroom. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers choose the perfect sofa and delivering a memorable buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add‑on sales.
- Accurately complete sales orders and internal documentation for timely processing.
- Maintain showroom standards by supporting visual merchandising and ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager and team to continuously improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture, luxury goods, jewellery, cars or similar high‑value items.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to receive feedback and a growth‑oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening.
- Basic numeracy for handling sales paperwork and pricing.
