Retail Coordinator - Repco Osborne Park

About the role

Repco is looking for a full-time Retail Coordinator in Osborne Park. You will help create a great in-store experience through merchandising, customer service and a passion for automotive products, working with a supportive team to keep the store running smoothly. The role is hands-on and involves lifting, bending and climbing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation and customer service, assisting customers at the counter and in the showroom
• Maintain store standards, including presentation, merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store and in-store promotions
• Receive, dispatch and store stock, and keep the showroom well stocked
• Provide friendly, accurate service and advice to customers
• Keep a safety focus for yourself, teammates and customers
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member

Required profile

• No automotive experience needed: training is provided
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift, bend and climb as part of a hands-on role
